About the shop

It's just me, in Scotland. I pack and post every order, so if something goes wrong you're emailing the person who packed it.

Delivery

Postage is included in the price, and I post anywhere in the UK. Orders go out same or next working day, Monday to Friday, from Scotland. Nothing's drop shipped from abroad, so you're not waiting on customs.

Pre-orders

When a kit's on pre-order it means exactly what it says: the stock isn't here yet. You pay when you order and I post it the moment the batch lands, and never later than the date shown beside the button. The batch for this one is due between 9 and 26 November, and the posting promise is 4 December, which leaves room for it running late.

If you'd rather not wait, email me any time before it's posted and you get every penny back, no reason needed. If the batch is going to miss the posted-by date I'll email you before it does and you can take a refund then. Once it's arrived you've still got the normal 14 days below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. Send it back unused and complete and you get a full refund.

You pay the return postage, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described. Then it's on me.

Nothing here takes away your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Act.
